By booking or participating in a tour with North American Off Road Adventures, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking Policies:
Reservations must be made in advance and confirmed via email. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made 7 days prior to the trip will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days will incur a 50% charge. No-shows are non-refundable.

Health & Safety:
Participants are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in the trip. Safety equipment such as first aid kits and radios are provided, and participants must comply with all safety instructions from guides.

Liability Waiver:
All participants must sign a liability waiver before embarking on any trip. North American Off Road Adventures is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the trip. Our tours are conducted in outdoor, often unpredictable environments, and participants acknowledge the risks involved.

Inclement Weather Policy:
In the event of extreme weather conditions, trips may be rescheduled. If a reschedule is not possible, participants will receive a full refund.
